📋 Description
• Responsible for the complete and accurate reporting of financials • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and operational efficiency • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives • Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals • Hire, train, evaluate performance, and provide ongoing feedback to team members • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting • Oversee billing processes to confirm accuracy and completeness of revenue • Maintain strong controls, documentation, and segregation of duties across the function • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 6–8+ years of relevant accounting experience • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting • Experience managing or leading teams • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
