📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Project Manager to oversee and lead IT projects from initiation to completion. • This role requires frequent travel to client sites, data centers, and company offices to ensure effective project execution. • The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful IT initiatives. • A current security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required. • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project success. • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. • Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and industry best practices. • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Travel frequently to project sites, vendor locations, and company offices as required. • Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to the development of project management methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud technologies. • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
