📋 Description

• Value realization & product adoption: Manage the entire customer journey (Onboarding → Adoption → Value → Renewal/Expansion). • Ensure customers successfully use QST, IPM, PG/Web and new SaaS modules. • Analyze product usage, derive action-oriented recommendations and close usage gaps. • Translate CSP functionalities into concrete automotive business value drivers (e.g., APQP/PPAP, reduction of failure costs, traceability, reporting). • Strategic account management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with quality, production, engineering and IT teams. • Understand customer vehicle programs, global rollouts and quality initiatives. • Create customized success plans and conduct regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews). • Retention, renewals & expansion: Own renewal processes and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., new plants, lines, modules). • Work closely with Account Management on global rollout and harmonization topics. • Risk management & escalations: Monitor health scores and actively manage risks. • Coordinate internal teams to resolve issues quickly. • Maintain clear communication during critical situations. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Solution Consulting, Support and Customer Success teams. • Relay customer feedback to Product Management and support Executive Business Reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, consulting, quality or manufacturing IT, or SaaS account management • Automotive background (OEM/Tier 1/Tier 2) is a strong advantage • Solid understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, traceability and shopfloor processes • Ability to communicate technical and process-related topics clearly • Proven success in adoption, value creation, renewals or expansion • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level presentations • Analytical, structured, proactive and customer-focused • Very good German and English language skills • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
