📋 Description

• Responsibility for the entire customer journey (Onboarding → Adoption → Value → Renewal/Expansion) • Ensure QST, IPM, PG and new SaaS modules are successfully deployed in production, workshops and depots • Monitor usage, KPIs and health scores — and derive concrete measures to increase value • Build long-term relationships with engineering, quality, production, safety and depot stakeholders • Responsible for renewals and long-term customer retention • Monitor customer risks and actively manage escalation-critical situations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, SaaS, quality or manufacturing IT • Experience in the rail industry (OEM, system supplier, component manufacturer or operator) is a strong plus • Good knowledge of rail manufacturing, RAMS, documentation, test and acceptance processes as well as EN 5012x • Ability to translate technical content into business-relevant arguments • Analytical, structured, proactive and customer-oriented • Excellent German and English skills • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
