📋 Description

• Handling support inquiries from end customers (1st-level support) • Documenting support requests • Logging communication histories • Monitoring open issues (tickets) until final resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong service-oriented communication skills • Affinity for bicycles • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style • Technical understanding is an advantage • Team player • Proficiency in German and English
