📋 Description
• Handling support inquiries from end customers (1st-level support) • Documenting support inquiries • Logging communication histories • Monitoring open issues (tickets) through to final resolution
🎯 Requirements
• No prior professional experience required • Currently enrolled in a degree program • Excellent service-oriented communication skills • Affinity for bicycles and cycling products • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work • Technical aptitude is an advantage • Ability to work effectively in a team • German and English language skills • Approximately 20 hours per week
