📋 Description

• Provide technical customer support via email and phone • Advise end customers on sales and product-related inquiries • Manage complaints and claims • Regularly audit and optimize existing in-house processes • Contribute to new and innovative projects • Support day-to-day operations and ongoing projects across Europe • Maintain regular communication with colleagues and management

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in energy engineering, environmental engineering, engineering, technical business administration, or a comparable field • Enthusiasm for renewable energy and e-commerce • Enjoy interacting with people • Ideally, initial practical experience in photovoltaics or a strong interest in the field • Ability to apply knowledge across contexts and think beyond conventional boundaries • Structured, independent, and detail-oriented approach to work • Very good German and good English skills are essential
