• Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance on Cubic equipment. • Respond quickly to repair equipment and follow maintenance procedures. • Embrace training and continuous improvement. • Minimise downtime during fault callouts. • Assist with equipment installations. • Comply with Health and Safety and quality standards. • Handle equipment module delivery and collections. • Assist with Management lead project work. • Deputise for the Field Service Team Leader when appropriate. • Carry out vehicle stock checks. • Follow company policies and procedures. • Maintain assigned vehicle and FORs accreditation.
• Hands-on experience in a technical service/maintenance environment • Engineering qualification • Strong customer service and communication skills • UK driving license • HNC or equivalent in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (desirable) • Experience with SLA-driven contracts (desirable)
