📋 Description

• Drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for Umo Pass and cFlex products • Work closely with product development teams, business owners, and stakeholders • Define and prioritize work for the platform • Lead execution and deliver innovative solutions for transit agencies • Maximize value delivered in minimum time

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • 3 years of product management or related experience • Demonstrated success in leading product launches and driving measurable business impact • Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies • Exceptional analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with SaaS business models and large-scale platform products • Expertise in behavioral analytics, feature flag management, and customer engagement platforms • Diversity of experience in product management, project management, vendor management, legal, user experience, and/or customer support • SAFe, Scrum, or other related Agile practice certifications
