• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams (Professional Services, Development, QA, Support) • Strong knowledge of modern software development life cycle methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) • Ability to diagnose operational bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and make data-driven decisions • Experience leading teams through transformation (modernization, scaling, restructuring) • Skilled in building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing technical teams
