📋 Description
• Inspecting new electrical installations, reviewing plans, issuing/pulling permits, educating stakeholders, enforcing codes and standards, and maintaining compliance records. • Driving Electrical Safety and Compliance. • Managing Permits and Documentation. • Supporting Technician Development. • Collaborating Across Teams. • Maintaining Regulatory Relationships.
🎯 Requirements
• Maintain and keep current Master Electrician license, equivalent master license, or other required licenses in QA’s home state as well as any reciprocal states as required by or requested by Cummins. • Hold or be willing to apply for a reciprocity electrical license for any applicable reciprocal states. • Act as qualification agent of Electrical systems, including medium (high) and low voltage power systems in a variety of environments: Generator Installations, EV Charger Installation, Loadbank Testing, Marine Power Generation, Hydrolyzers, Fuel Cells. • Ensure that all electrical work performed by Cummins employees or subcontractors complies with NEC and the electrical installation rules and laws of the State. • Regularly travel and perform site visits for checklist review, perform JSO’s, electrical safety audits, and confirm adherence to compliance and safety rules.
