📋 Description

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design, document, configure, test, and implement fit-for-purpose technology solutions that align with business goals. • Translate stakeholder needs into integrated solution designs, workflows, architecture diagrams, data models, and configuration documentation. • Support solution development, customization, integration, data migration, and testing to ensure systems are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards. • Validate integrations, data flows, interoperability, and solution performance to ensure accuracy, quality, reliability, and a seamless user experience. • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across design, configuration, implementation, deployment, and post-implementation support. • Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, IT service providers, and business partners to ensure work is delivered to agreed quality, schedule, cost, security, privacy, and performance expectations. • Facilitate design walkthroughs, presentations, knowledge-sharing, and training sessions to support stakeholder alignment, solution adoption, and support readiness. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks, dependencies, process inefficiencies, and enhancement opportunities that improve solution performance, usability, and business value.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • 6 – 8 years of experience in IT solution development, enterprise systems, application configuration, solution design, systems integration, or related technology roles. • Experience working with vendors, IT service providers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver complex solutions across multiple workstreams. • Relevant certifications in project management, ALM/PLM platforms, Agile, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud, software development, or related tools are preferred.
