📋 Description

• Provide breakdown and scheduled maintenance service to our local clients specializing in engine maintenance and repairs across mining applications. • Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner. • Diagnose and complete less complex repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools. • Coach on preventative maintenance activities and basic repairs completed by customer employees. • Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced On Site Technicians and/or Supervisor. • Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens. • Complete training in line with skill and business requirements. • Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation. • Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues/incidents to site management and to their supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III or equivalent) • Significant level of workshop or field service experience required • Expert level knowledge of and experience with power generation and/or engine products • Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant qualified • Cummins experience highly preferred • Power Generation (Mechanical) experience is desirable but not required • Remote Field Service Work experience highly preferred • You will need a locally valid driving permit
