📋 Description

• Develop and evolve visual communication for Cuponomia’s campaigns, products and strategic projects; • Serve as a design reference for the team, ensuring visual consistency and the evolution of the brand identity; • Translate business objectives into visual solutions that balance user experience, branding and performance; • Create assets for our website and app, marketing campaigns, social media, emails, landing pages and other digital channels; • Participate in the creative conception of campaigns, contributing ideas, concepts and visual direction; • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Partnerships and other areas to develop solutions aligned with business needs; • Ensure quality and consistency of visual communication across all user touchpoints; • Explore new trends, tools and technologies to improve processes and raise the quality of deliverables; • Work with illustrations, edit short videos and produce digital materials as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or a related field; • Strong experience in digital design, branding and visual communication for digital channels; • Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, aesthetic quality, creative process and the impact of developed projects; • Proficiency with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator); • Proficiency in Figma; • Knowledge of best practices in design for digital marketing, user experience and brand communication; • Excellent organization, communication and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, visual hierarchy, composition and color theory; • Proactive, collaborative and autonomous profile with the ability to drive projects from start to finish. • Preferred / Nice to have: • Experience at e-commerce, marketplace, cashback or digital marketing companies; • Experience in data-driven and testing environments (A/B Testing, CRO and conversion optimization); • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and agile methodologies; • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello or similar); • Knowledge of HTML and CSS; • Experience with Motion Design and video editing for digital campaigns; • Familiarity with AI tools applied to design for image creation, generating creative variations and optimizing workflows.
