📋 Description
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and common area maintenance for a portfolio of retail properties • Manage property operations, cultivating strong relationships with tenants and vendors • Prepare, manage, and control common area maintenance (CAM) and capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets • Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement corrective actions • Provide prompt and effective response to tenant issues and property emergencies.

• Hands on retail property management experience • Proven ability to foster productive tenant and vendor partnerships.
