📋 Description
• Negotiate new leases, lease renewals, lease assignments and amendments for an assigned region • Work to attract and retain tenants to minimize vacancies and improve tenant mix • Prepare forecasts and maintain budgets to maximize overall profit • Collaborate with asset management, legal, acquisitions, property management, and tenant coordination teams • Participate in marketing campaigns with marketing and property management teams • Analyze and research trends and market developments for budget preparation • Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships to promote occupancy of Curbline properties
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience in the shopping center industry • Ability to maintain positive tenant relations with both national and local tenants • Availability for travel (approximately 20-40%)
