📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation facilities with potential for VR therapy • Proactively contact relevant decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn — with a clear focus on needs and value • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and develop a solid understanding of customer requirements • Prepare high-quality first meetings for the sales team, including a structured handover of relevant insights • Independently manage and maintain the pipeline in the CRM system • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine target audience outreach, messaging, and processes • Continuously track key KPIs to manage and drive your own performance

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally experience in B2B sales (e.g., as an SDR, BDR, or in a comparable role) • Enjoy proactively approaching potential customers, conducting conversations, and turning them into real opportunities • Strong drive to achieve goals, persist, and make your impact measurable • Ability to address different stakeholders appropriately and explain more complex topics clearly • Structured, independent working style and a good sense of priorities • Confident use of digital tools; ideally prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and a data-driven way of working • Excellent German skills (C2)
