• 4–6+ years in enterprise B2B sales (full-cycle) • 2–3+ years in pharma, CROs, or clinical research • Proven track record in both pipeline generation and closing (€30K–€200K+) • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Strong understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem • Familiarity with procurement and vendor onboarding processes • Fluent in French and English • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and outbound platforms • Strong presentation and proposal skills
