• Some years in B2B sales within healthcare technology or pharmaceutical equipment • Strong focus on selling to compounding pharmacies is a plus • Deep understanding of compounding automation, digital traceability, regulatory compliance (USP, FDA, ISO standards) • Knowledge of hospital IT integrations (e.g., EHRs) • Strong relationship-building skills • Experience overseeing complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing • Education: pharmacist
