📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a Software Project Manager who can successfully lead software development projects. • Manage client relationships and drive strategic vision. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and help shape their technology strategies. • Validate product assumptions and align project goals with business outcomes. • Provide technology leadership and drive project success • Track project financials to ensure profitability. • Develop mitigation plans for risks and ensure early resolution of project roadblocks.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and team members. • Strong client account management capabilities. • Must be able to translate business goals into a phased roadmap. • Comfortable challenging client assumptions and providing alternative solutions. • Should be able to identify early warning signs of scope creep. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work independently and lead teams. • 5+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager. • Experience managing client relationships and accounts. • Experience working with US-based clients. • Experience leading discussions on architecture trade-offs. • Experience negotiating scope adjustments with clients. • Technical knowledge of software development processes. • Experience working with developers, designers, and stakeholders. • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
