📋 Description

• Build and grow open-source communities • Develop and execute plans to attract, engage, and retain contributors • Participate directly in community discussions and moderate interactions • Collaborate with engineering and product teams • Track and report on community health metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and/or managing open-source communities • Strong technical and AI fluency • Working knowledge of version control systems (Git; GitHub/GitLab workflows) • Experience moderating forums, issue trackers, mailing lists, or chat platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
