📋 Description

• Own supply quality issues for Curri's most important customers • Manage Curri's external BPO team day to day • Run and continuously improve Curri's core driver quality programs and processes • Coordinate across teams to flag, escalate, and resolve supply quality issues • Track metrics across driver quality programs, using spreadsheets and SQL to organize data • Build toward full ownership of supply quality escalations for top logos

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management • Sharp problem solver who can diagnose root causes and identify which operational levers to pull • Comfortable managing stakeholders across functions and levels • Data-first approach, using spreadsheets and SQL to organize information • Strong ownership mentality, able to work through ambiguity and drive a solution to completion • Bonus points for startup experience and strong SQL skills.
