• Serve as an outstanding Partner Success Manager to their assigned accounts • Develop and execute strategies designed to improve the immediate and longer-term health of LAUSD • Facilitate the coordination of internal team members, including sales, professional learning and Cross-Departmental leadership • Provide a stellar educator support experience, including on-going proactive communication and timely responsiveness • Demonstrate expertise in utilizing and sharing how implementation health data can be used to identify areas of concern • Guide educators in leveraging data to foster a better understanding of their student’s performance and instructional needs • Effectively coach other team members on data customization and impactful address of data questions • Develop trusted relationships with decision makers to affect strong renewal rates across California • Identify growth opportunities within existing implementations, partnering with sales team members • Effectively execute company Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and incorporate it into their work • Contribute to one or more team-based projects within the Partner Success team
• Proven success driving initiatives across a territory or state • Strong listening, communication (verbal & written) skills; excellent phone & presentation skills • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to multi-task • A team player who works productively and cooperatively • You have natural problem-solving and analytical capability with districts • Though not required, educators within the K-12 space are preferred • Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and professional demeanor • Proficient in the use of a computer, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tools, search engines and reporting tools
