📋 Description

• Develop an understanding of the systems being utilized and stay informed about new features, updates, and product trends. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and other IT resources to understand business need. • Facilitate the adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies. • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical competencies across teams. • Establish best practices for optimizing technology usage in achieving business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience within technical enablement, project management, or a similar role preferred. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure) are advantageous. • Solid understanding of various technologies, including software applications, cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and enterprise AI platforms and tooling. • Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Experience in scoping, planning, and executing technology-related projects. • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users. • Proficiency in analyzing integration requirements and identifying optimal solutions. • Commitment to staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in enterprise AI. • Experience administering enterprise AI tools, including configuring access and permissions, managing licensing, monitoring usage and adoption, communicating policies to end users, and coordinating with vendors on deployment and support.
