• You'll be a key part of our creative team, responsible for producing high impact video ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Your main focus will be on e commerce, transforming product features into compelling, sales focused narratives. • Creating engaging video ads from scratch, including developing the storytelling and writing on screen text in English. • Analyzing performance data and consulting spreadsheets to understand what's working and how to improve future videos. • Producing 2- 3 videos per day, each up to 45 seconds, to meet our daily targets. • Contributing creative insights and staying up to date on market trends.
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro • Knowledge and Mastery of UGC Video Editing tools like CapCut/ Tiktok • The ability to create compelling ads without a pre-written script. • A strong background in advertising, or performance marketing. • High level of organization and attention to detail. • Fluency in English. • Comfortable with data analysis in Google Sheets. • Creative and proactive mindset. • Nice to Have: Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects. • Motion Graphics Knowledge • Understanding of Key Metrics and analytics.
