• Support compliant delivery and records management of engineering services for MEP and mission‑critical assets • Coordinate and respond to client-driven audits, assist with internal audits, track actions to closure, and develop compliance reporting • Collect, analyze, and summarize compliance data to identify deficiencies and non‑compliance with standards and policies • Support audit readiness activities through documentation reviews and structured evidence validation • Support and/or conduct operational assessments (OA) and compile results into executive-ready reporting packages • Reinforce evidence standards and documentation order expectations to improve review efficiency and consistency • Define and communicate required evidence standards for work orders, changes, incidents, and vendor documentation • Build and maintain structured trackers, templates, and folder alignment practices to support documentation continuity • Lead or support compliance outreach initiatives requiring structured data capture, deadline management, and stakeholder follow-up • Drive reconciliation of incomplete or conflicting facility records, ensuring data accuracy across systems of record • Create and maintain outage and incident response tools that support consistent site execution and documentation
• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational School required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, compliance, audit readiness, engineering support, or operational governance • Experience in property management, commercial real estate maintenance, or facility operations preferred • Strong understanding of commercial facility systems, operational best practices, and equipment lifecycle expectations • Experience supporting compliance documentation workflows and audit readiness • Ability to produce executive-ready written deliverables, summaries, and structured reporting • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across large, distributed stakeholder groups to meet deadlines • Proficient in CMMS, Safety Culture, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
