📋 Description

• Lead and manage strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, and procurement operations across portfolio of sites on a Client account • Client-facing role, highly visible to internal & external stakeholders • Develop, maintain, and implement strategic sourcing roadmap and category sourcing strategies • Coordinate consolidation and reporting of LATAM and APAC sourcing strategies to Client • Facilitate supplier audits, QBRs, and vendor relationship management activities • Manage governance processes to ensure achievement of goals, metrics, and KPIs • Analyze account-wide spend, benchmarks, vendors, operations, and processes to identify value creation opportunities • Develop and facilitate eRFPs, analyze responses, negotiate contracts • Ensure contractual records retention plans and interpret contract terms & conditions • Manage development, installation, and maintenance of tracking & reporting mechanisms • Maintain organized records for contracts and compliance • Employ C&W best practices, policies, tools, and templates and engage Category Managers and preferred suppliers • Participate in meetings and exhibit client presentation delivery expertise • Resolve supplier performance and quality issues • Generate and distribute necessary reports • Manage personnel and direct reports if applicable • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • MBA or related Master's Degree preferred • 7+ years’ experience in procurement, ideally in facility services or in a vertical with similar spend categories • Demonstrated experience in leading and executing multiple strategic sourcing initiatives simultaneously • Experience using procurement technology such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems • Experience in developing category management strategies • Ability to prepare/negotiate agreements & amendments and interpret contracts to clients • Analytical and quantitative skills to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management • Self-motivated and work independently to find solutions
