📋 Description
• Perform Full Cycle Accounting including preparing financial reports and analysis of accounts and transactions • Prepare adjusting journal entries for accruals, payroll, mortgage, leasing fees, amortization • Review financial transactions and analyze reports based on client’s operations and tenant leases • Prepare year-end audit working paper files and assist with audit queries • Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in finance or accounting • CPA designation preferred • Requires a minimum of five years of relevant accounting work experience • Experience with Yardi, or other real estate accounting software • Strong MS Excel skills
