• Manage and update the website by publishing reliable, accessible, and engaging content that reflects REPSFECO's priorities, activities, and results. • Propose and structure new sections to enrich the volunteering platform, improve navigation, and better showcase engagement opportunities. • Collect, verify, and organize information from volunteers and partner teams to feed a coherent editorial calendar. • Write compelling impact stories, articles, and testimonials that illustrate the changes experienced by individuals and communities. • Manage social media by planning posts, tailoring messages for different platforms, and encouraging engagement with online communities. • Optimize web content by applying best practices for readability, SEO, and strategic use of keywords. • Monitor content reach using simple metrics, then make recommendations to increase visibility and engagement. • Transfer knowledge by sharing tools, templates, and practical methods that will enable the team to continue the work independently.
• At least two years of experience in communications, web writing, digital content management, or a related field. • Excellent writing, summarizing, and message-adaptation skills for different audiences. • Hands-on experience managing a website and running social media channels. • Knowledge of basic SEO principles, editorial calendars, and monitoring digital results. • Self-motivated, well-organized, creative, and able to collaborate effectively remotely in an intercultural context.
