âą Own Customer.io's North America events calendar - field events, hosted dinners, sponsored conferences, and virtual sessions âą Partner with the Events Manager and marketing team to define goals, audiences, formats, and success metrics âą Evaluate sponsorships, speaking slots, and new opportunities aligned to our demand and pipeline goals âą Own day-to-day logistics: vendor coordination, timelines, run-of-show, speaker prep, and on-the-ground support âą Manage registration flows, pre-event comms, and the attendee experience from first touch to follow-up âą Work closely with Sales, CS, Brand, and Content to keep every event well-scoped, on-message, and supported with the right assets âą Lead planning and execution of customer-focused events - hosted dinners, Suite Series experiences, and curated roundtables for our most strategic accounts âą Collaborate with CS and AM to identify and invite the right customers, build post-event follow-up workflows, and capture feedback that deepens relationships and supports expansion pipeline âą Identify opportunities to grow the customer event program and increase its impact on retention and advocacy âą Track event performance - registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact âą Share insights and recommendations to improve ROI and attendee experience âą Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running events more scalable
