âą Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 6 AEs to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets. âą Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and set clear, achievable objectives. âą Create a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and high morale. âą Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive high-volume and high-velocity deals, as well as complex upper mid-market opportunities. âą Lead weekly pipeline review sessions to ensure accurate forecasting and CRM data integrity. âą Utilize and enforce the MEDDICC sales qualification methodology to streamline the sales process. âą Work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Solutions Architects, and Marketing to continuously improve sales processes and materials. âą Share best practices with other Sales Managers and collaborate on strategies to overcome common challenges. âą Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall sales effectiveness. âą Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. âą Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge. âą Plan and coordinate team travel and events to foster team cohesion and culture
âą 5+ years selling SaaS, including 2â3 years in sales management or team lead role, preferably within the Marketing Technology SaaS industry. âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. âą Ability to coach and empower the outbound team to drive performance through data-led campaign strategies, metric review, and event initiatives âą Knowledge of MEDDICC sales qualification methodology is a plus. âą Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback effectively. âą Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development. âą Skill in maintaining a high level of team engagement and motivation. âą Proven experience in establishing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative sales environment.
