📋 Description

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and semantic data models for investment reporting and analytics • Translate complex data (holdings, transactions, performance, exposures) into clear, user-centric visualizations • Partner with business stakeholders (investment operations, portfolio management, data teams) to gather requirements and deliver insights • Build and optimize Power BI data models (DAX, Power Query, dataflows) • Work with engineering teams to leverage cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, Databricks) as the source of truth • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting layers • Apply row-level security and governance best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Power BI / data analytics roles • Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dataflows), SQL (intermediate to advanced) • Experience working with investment / asset management data , including: holdings, transactions, positions performance and exposures • Understanding of front-to-back investment workflows (portfolio management, trading, operations) • Experience building dashboards for different user personas (PMs, operations, executives)
