📋 Description
• Test our products, validate them in realistic setups, and support customers with production questions • Act as a technical expert for production and deployment-related questions from customers • Work with REST APIs to help customers integrate CVEDIA products • Join customer calls to understand technical challenges and deployment constraints • Collaborate with engineering on improving CI/CD pipelines and test coverage
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience using and administering Linux systems • Comfortable with the command line, system services, networking basics, and performance monitoring on both Windows and Linux • Hands-on experience with REST API • Experience installing, configuring, and running server applications in production-like environments • Understanding of how hardware choices impact performance and capacity • Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated testing workflows (bonus) • Experience with containers and modern deployment practices (bonus)
