📋 Description

• Negotiates, executes, reviews, and analyzes contracts • Manages contract performance in support of network quality • Recruits providers to ensure attainment of network expansion targets • Collaborates cross-functionally to contribute to provider compensation • Responsible for identifying and making recommendations to manage cost issues • Provides network development, maintenance, and refinement activities • Ensures resolution of escalated issues related to claims payment • Interprets contractual requirements including federal and state regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of working knowledge in the healthcare industry • 3+ years of experience in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles • Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge and/or experience in provider network contracting. • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of professional work experience and education.
