📋 Description
• Lead the Platform Operations team, establishing priorities, performance expectations, and development opportunities. • Oversee proposal workflows, governance, documentation, and operational standards. • Manage proposal platforms, reporting tools, and operational infrastructure. • Use reporting, analytics, and capacity planning insights to inform decision-making. • Lead change management, training, and adoption efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in proposal operations, business operations, program management, project management, or operational excellence. • 3+ years of people leadership experience. • Experience developing and improving business processes, workflows, and operational governance models. • Experience with collaboration, workflow, reporting, and project management tools such as SharePoint, Asana. • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
