📋 Description

• Develop and lead Oak Street Health’s field marketing support • Drive localized campaigns and community outreach initiatives to increase clinic visibility and brand awareness • Align with field outreach teams to coordinate events, local partnerships, and grassroots programs • Manage inventory levels, budgets, and vendor relationships for printed materials • Lead cross-functional planning to ensure all marketing initiatives are coordinated and legally compliant • Implement data-driven decision-making by establishing key performance metrics • Oversee the Creative Services function for timely development of high-quality marketing assets • Support new center launches and acquisitions by developing targeted catchments

🎯 Requirements

• Lead an agile marketing team that integrates multiple marketing functions • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies • Oversee the systems and processes that power campaigns • Ensure all initiatives are compliant with Medicare (CMS) marketing regulations • Partner cross-functionally to align marketing with various teams • Design and implement field enablement programs • Oversee and improve internal Marketing Store resource center • Act as a bridge between Marketing and key stakeholders in Compliance, Legal, Outreach, Strategy, and Clinical Leadership • Optimize tools, systems, and workflows for marketing operations
