📋 Description

• Owns end-to-end delivery governance across all active engagements • Serves as executive escalation point for client and internal stakeholders • Oversees resource planning, capacity management, and margin performance across the portfolio • Ensures adherence to product standards and prevents unnecessary customization or scope creep • Partners with Commercial, Product, Data, and Strategy teams to align delivery with strategic objectives • Implements standardized playbooks, templates, and performance tracking mechanisms to improve or deliver predictably • Monitors engagement financials, including revenue realization, cost control, and operational efficiency • Identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing engagements • Provides coaching and oversight to engagement managers and business analysts to ensure high-quality execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics) • Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics) • 10+ years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership • Experience managing multi-project portfolios and P&L accountability preferred
