📋 Description
• uses advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to support members’ physical and behavioral health needs through comprehensive assessment, care planning, provider collaboration, and coordination of psychosocial services • conducts in‑depth evaluations using clinical tools and plan benefits • develops strategies to reduce risk factors • manages complex clinical indicators • performs crisis interventions, ensuring members are connected to appropriate treatment and receive timely follow‑up
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of post-master’s direct clinical experience in settings such as hospitals, ambulatory care, or outpatient facilities • 3 years of experience with mental health and substance use disorders • Ability to type and talk simultaneously for at least 3 years • 3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing • strong technological skills • An active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) based on state regulations
