📋 Description

• Apply quality engineering practices across ACAS benefits testing for assigned initiatives. • Support early validation of requirements, benefit configurations, and adjudication logic to reduce downstream defects. • Ensure quality gates and test readiness criteria are followed within programs. • Support the adoption of automation‑enabled testing for benefits and claims adjudication scenarios. • Work with automation engineers to leverage existing test frameworks and reusable assets. • Execute and support risk‑based testing approaches, focusing on high‑impact benefit and claim scenarios. • Manage and support a team of quality engineers and testers (onshore/offshore). • Track and report quality metrics such as defect trends, test coverage, and execution effectiveness. • Collaborate closely with configuration teams, business SMEs, and engineering partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 + years of experience in healthcare technology or operations, with exposure to claims adjudication and benefits configuration. • 2 + years of experience in quality engineering, testing, or QA roles, including team or work‑stream leadership. • Hands‑on experience with claims adjudication systems and benefits testing (ACAS or similar platforms). • Experience executing scenario‑based and risk‑based testing. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
