📋 Description
• manage and influence healthcare quality projects and initiatives through design, development, and implementation. • improve healthcare quality products, services, and processes by partnering across business units.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year Project Management experience. • 5 + years clinical and/or managed care experience in quality management. • 2+ years NCQA accreditation experience. • Certified Associate in Project management (CAPM). • Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ). • Strong communication skills with external clients, primarily regulatory and accreditation partners. • Independent clinical license or Registered Nurse (RN). • Experience with data analysis/manipulation in Excel.
