📋 Description

• Coordinates and aligns activities across different operational teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations. • Analyzes workload patterns, forecast resource needs, and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements. • Monitors operational performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. • Identifies opportunities for process improvement within the operations support functions through workflow analyses. • Addresses customer or client concerns, investigates operational incidents, and works with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. • Establishes and enforces compliance guidelines and quality control processes including implementing quality assurance programs, and driving initiatives to improve operational compliance and quality. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives and measure the impact of changes. • Facilitates effective communication within the operations support teams and with other stakeholders. • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team by encouraging innovation, gathering feedback from employees, and implementing initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. • Oversees ongoing training to ensure all team members are fully versed and compliant within their respective roles.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years work experience • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Post secondary /high school education or specialized training, i.e., technical/vocational programs.
