📋 Description

• Lead and support the creation of job aids, SOPs, and standardized team processes • Drive operational consistency and excellence • Partner across business areas to ensure provider data integrity • Facilitate process improvements • Organize the team for optimal performance

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years’ project management experience • 3+ years’ provider data services and network experience • Proficient Microsoft Excel/SQL skills and data analysis capability • Experience with process documentation and SOP creation • Experience with inventory management • Experience with facilitating calls to support the business
