📋 Description

• define, govern, and scale enterprise use of the Salesforce platform • lead the operating model, standards, and governance • partner with business leaders and stakeholders • standardize integration, data, and identity patterns • drive security, compliance, and data governance • build COE capability through enablement • establish a feedback loop from delivery teams • own the Salesforce platform roadmap in partnership with enterprise architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of IT experience • 8+ years in Salesforce program/platform leadership • proven experience establishing or scaling a Salesforce COE • strong functional and technical knowledge across Salesforce clouds • deep understanding of enterprise architecture • experience with delivery governance • demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams • excellent communication and change leadership skills • hands-on familiarity with the Salesforce security model • experience adapting standards and guardrails in fast-evolving platform areas
