📋 Description

• Develop an expert level understanding of Signify’s core product offerings and analytics technology • Write complex SQL queries to extract data from large databases for analysis and predictive modeling • Provide clinical insights through analyzing data including HCCs, Claims (ICD10, CPT, POS, etc), and HEDIS measures • Define, track, report out, and explain metrics representing the value of the product • Develop ad hoc analysis, dashboards, and visualizations to help non-technical consumers easily understand data correlations • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations like HIPAA • Deliver defined HCS Clinical Analytics work on time and with high quality • Communicate and coordinate regularly with stakeholders to execute strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science, or analytics role • Strong analytical skills combined with proficiency in understanding, representing, and communicating data-driven analysis to various departments by taking data and telling a story • 3+ years of experience in writing SQL queries with strong understanding of databases and ETL processes • 2 to 3 years’ experience stakeholder management • Demonstrates active listening skills and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Experience in preparing queries and report templates for dashboard and visualization creation in Power BI or equivalent reporting tools • 3 to 5 years of experience with healthcare claims data • 2 to 3 years familiarity with ICD10/CPT coding • Expert level MS Office (Macros and Pivot tables) • Ability to navigate setbacks in a calm, creative, and consistent manner • Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement • Be a “thought partner” with direct manager • Must be able to travel up to 10% of time for team meetings
