📋 Description

• Acts as the primary resource for assigned providers or groups • Establishes, oversees, and maintains positive relationships • Assists with or responds to complex issues regarding policies and procedures • Optimizes interactions with assigned providers and internal business partners • Monitors service capabilities and collaborates cross-functionally • Supports or assists with operational activities, including database management • Performs credentialing support activities as needed • Educates providers to ensure compliance with contract policies and parameters • Manages the development of agenda and facilitates external provider meetings • Conducts standard provider recruitment, contracting, or recontracting activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology • 3-5 years of Microsoft Applications experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong problem resolution and critical thinking skills • Exceptional organizational skills • Multitasking skills • Time management skills
