📋 Description

• Run the platform day-to-day — reliability, performance, security, and developer ergonomics • Operate the partnership model with application teams • Drive AI and agentic coding adoption (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) • Partner with InfoSec and platform peers on software supply chain security, artifact governance, and access management • Own the metrics — reliability, build success and duration, adoption, developer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience • 4+ years building or operating developer platforms, CI/CD systems, or other internal engineering infrastructure • 4+ years of hands-on software engineering with backend technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js) • Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • 3+ years operating one or more enterprise CI or CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, UrbanCode Deploy) • Experience leading teams in Agile or Scrum environments • 3+ years directly managing engineering teams, including hiring and performance management
