• Provide day-to-day oversight of customer-facing, analytics work and correspondence • Set priorities for that work, ensuring appropriate resources are aligned • Collaborate with field leaders to understand business retention and growth objectives • Provide proactive trend advising and cost mitigation strategies • Work directly with customer in a strategic advisory role • Work closely with Plan Sponsor reporting partners and Clinical Program Consultants
• Minimum of 5-8 years of industry experience interpreting/analyzing all aspects of a customer’s experience • Strong understanding of Medical Economics concepts • Relationship management skills at the senior level • Ability to think strategically and independently • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Applications • Advanced proficiency in Access and Excel preferred • Experience with reporting/analytic applications • Knowledge of SQL / SAS programming preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally • Strong knowledge of claim coding and healthcare products
