📋 Description

• Produce business intelligence by querying healthcare data and generating reports • Manage the flow of business intelligence to users for business solution planning • Manage solutions development lifecycle and interface with health plan entities • Identify data patterns and trends and define reporting specifications • Conduct peer review of data results • Develop large-scale data structures, pipelines, and efficient ETL workflows • Synthesize business intelligence, trend data, and user feedback for recommendations • Enable real-time analytical solutions and develop prototypes for complex data engineering projects • Integrate business logic with systems and generate programming logic to validate financial data • Develop, implement, test, and deliver innovative analytics solutions and technology architecture • Maintain reusable knowledge assets and develop metrics and KPI data layers • Utilize data visualization tools to align business information with organizational goals • Support development of data engineering solutions leveraging best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations • 5+ years healthcare informatics experience • Experience with databases including but not limited to Microsoft SQL server, SAS, and SQL programming languages • Experience with visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau • Software development lifecycle knowledge • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performing, scalable code • Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization • Preferred: EDI experience • Preferred: Experience building business requirement documents • Preferred: Project Management in cross-functional environment • Preferred: Microsoft Visio experience
