• Managing a team of District Asset Protection Leaders (DAPLs) • Providing oversight to enterprise Asset Protection objectives and programs • Hiring, training, and developing a best-in-class Asset Protection team • Monitoring the performance of the DAPL team • Achieving departmental and role-specific performance objectives • Analyzing market trends through reporting tools to implement shrink mitigation tactics • Validating execution of Asset Protection strategies through monitoring plans and KPIs • Reporting to the Divisional Asset Protection Director
• 7+ years of experience in retail asset protection/loss prevention management • 2+ years of experience with multiple store responsibility • 2+ years of experience managing, coaching and developing staff • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time • Must possess a valid and current driver’s license • Must possess personal vehicle which company deems reasonably reliable and is appropriately insured • LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certifications • Excellent communication skills • Microsoft Office software knowledge • Ability to build strong business relationships with all levels of an organization • Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations
