📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional agile team of developers and QA analysts • Define product vision and roadmap for reporting and analytics platforms • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize backlog, and translate business needs into technical solutions • Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices in modeling, visualization, and performance optimization • Track KPIs and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality and velocity • Promote innovation through modern BI tools, cloud technologies, and automation

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in data engineering, analytics, BI, or reporting • 5+ years in leadership managing agile teams (Scrum/SAFe) • Strong SQL and data modeling skills for relational and cloud databases • Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and big data technologies • Proficiency in GCP and modern data architectures • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
